I took a glance on it yesterday, and wanted to wait,to have enough time to write you my comment. This painting again, takes all my admiration. Not only, because of the choice of this greek"sanctuary",the "heart of the earth"for Greeks, although,as such,I am honoured in a certain way,to see,how wonderful you brought it's beauty out...
I really like "your way"of having represented the oracle of Delphi, with the rocks, seeming to climb up "to heaven".
The angel is graceful, beautiful, seeming to be "proud"and "serene".the wings are so well done.I am also adoring the sky, extremly well done, giving an astonishing ambiance, and wonderful contrast,at the same time.
To resume,I am fascinated by the whole ensemble, and every detail.
I would like to ask you permission,to "download"this one ,and also the "black angel".just, because I really like it,and so I could have something from you
Another friend here on DA proposed me once ,to do a download,of one of his drawings,I really liked.I would like to put them in a special album, another "treasurebook "of mine (lol)like one I have, with poems, and philosophical phrasess,or another, with cards,or letters from my best friends.
It is helping me,sometimes,to find peace and serenity,in a certain way, maybe a "sanctuary",too.Just tell me,if you mind or not.
Congratulations,for this wonderful painting,another "masterpiece",dear Allen!Thank you for sharing
As you have noted I do very much like to add the ancient or mystical aspect to my art. In my recent visit to Germany and Holland I saw constructions which were old before my country has been discovered, they were wonderful, and some awe inspiring, but I don’t think anything there would compare to truly ancient monuments of the ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Mayans or the like. Until I have a chance to see them in person I have to be satisfied with imaging them in my artwork.
As always I am very appreciative of the
Please take care Allen

Thank you so very much for your permission, and I am the one ,who is honoured
Next time ,you come to Holland, and, being so close to Belgium, you should tell me(lol).Yes,there are surely wonderful and lovely "ancient"constructions in Germany,France,Austria,Holland ect.But ,nothing compared to the "fascination"coming from real ancient monuments,as you citated,I agree
Thank you so very much for your last phrase, too,Allen,It touches me very particulary,at a point, you can't imagine.
Have a wonderful day,my dear friend!
